Those who sweat together, stay together. Whether it's your best friend or Significant other grabbing a buddy and going to the Gym or Dojo this Valentine's Day (or any other day of the year) will not only make your workout fun but can also be more rewarding.

In addition to better overall fitness, you’ll share some of the added benefits of working out, like better sleep, less stress and more concentration, all of which can help you in your relationships and daily life.

It's not Rocket science... having an accountability partner for exercise and nutrition is VERY valuable.  You can find great support if you get your spouse, significant other, or even a friend on the bandwagon with you!  So, rather than fall victim to the same old Valentine's gift of a large box of chocolates, why not make a commitment to change your lifestyle your gift to one another! It's great to commit to stay healthy for each other and to keep each other accountable
