DID YOU KNOW?

The Taekwondo uniform, or do-bok, comes from the ancient roots of civilization.

In Songahm Taekwondo, the do-bok is traditionally white to represent purity and sacrifice. The uniform displays a student’s respect and attitude toward the art. It’s also important to have the proper patches, an even, properly tied belt and if you are a female, a white t-shirt underneath. So next time you put on your do-bok for class, testing or a tournament, make sure it is clean and pressed to show your appreciation for your art and for yourself.

Black Belt Boot Camp is the perfect opportunity to display your uniform with respect.
